Chengtiansi Pagoda,the famous Buddhist architecture from the West Xia Kingdom ,is a 64.5-meter-high octagonal structure in theChengtian Temple in the southwest corner of Yinchuan.There is a flight of wooden stairs provides access to the 11 wooden floors,visitors can directly hear and enjoy the story of this Pagoda while climbing.
Cliff Engravings at Helan Pass,there are a thousand and more drawings engraved on the stone faces on both sides of a 600-meter-long stretch of a ravine here,most of these engravings are in the images of human heads,showing the life of the ethnic group in ancient times.

Ming-dynasty Great Wall at Sanguan Pass The Ming Dynasty regime built this pass as one of the four major strategic strongholds in Ningxia for defense purposes. Through repeated refurbishments, the Great Wall was extended along the ridge of a precipitous mountain to link with the watch tower and battlement on either end,that makes it an impregnable fortress .

Haibao Pagoda, the top floor of the 1500-year-old pagoda provides one of Ningxia‘s eight major sceneries -- a panoramic view of Yinchuan.Since ancient times, the temple has been the sight of an annual temple fair which falls on the 15th of the seventh lunar month.
Mausoleums of Western Xia Kingdom The kings of the ancient kingdom of Western Xia are buried in nine mausoleums.This is one of the largest and best preserved imperial graveyards in China. The Western Xia mausoleums are unique not only in structure but also in their sheer sizes and close proximity to each other. It is advised not to miss it while travelling in Ningxia.
