The Temple of Great Compassion is a Buddhist temple in Hebei district. It was built during the Shunzhi period of the Qing Dynasty (1643-1661).The temple was once famous for holding a skull relic of Xuanzang, however, the relic was presented to India in the 1950s and is now held in a Patna museum.

Huangyaguan Great Wall started in 557 under the Northern Qi Dynasty. It was rebuilt during the Sui and Ming dynasties, with 14 beacon towers and 52 guard towers, connecting Malanguan Pass in the east and Pinggu Jiangjunguan Pass in the west. It possesses many features including antiquity, grandness, steepness and gracefulness, and it is regarded as an 'Impregnable Pass' in Tianjin.

DuLeTemple was first built in the Tang Dynasty (618-907) and rebuilt in the Liao Dynasty (916-1125). Its tower of the Goddess of Mercy(Guanyin Ge) which houses a 16-metre-high statue of the goddess is one of China's oldest wooden structure.
Mount Panshan is covered with lavish plantations and has a rich historical heritage.Recently, the mountain has become the great escape for the city dwellers of Beijing and Tianjin. The natural scenery of the mountain is covered in rocks, streams, pine trees and vast greenness. Like many other mountains,it is also inhabited by monks,and you can see many temple on Panshan.
