Day by Day Itinerary
Day 01:
7:20am-8:30am: Pick up travelers at your hotel between 7:20am and 8:30am, and then drive to Ming Tombs (50 miles away from downtown about one hour driving). Ming Tombs is the best-preserved Chinese imperial tombs with 500 years history. We will visit Changling, the head and the largest tomb of Ming Tombs,  where Emperor Yongle（the first emperor in Beijing）and his Empress Xu were buried.
9: 30-10:45: Sightseeing on Ming Tombs for 1 hour.
10:45-11:30: End the visit of Ming Tombs at about 10:45, before having lunch (11:30), travelers have 45 minutes to have a short visit of Friend Yongsheng Jade Carving Factory. The jade carving is very famous special local product, it was not only the excellent skill on carving, but also mixes many Chinese traditional cultures.
11:30-13:00: Have traditional Chinese lunch at Jindian restaurant. After lunch driving to the Badaling Great Wall.
13:00-15:00: Sightseeing on Badaling Great Wall for 2 hours. Badaling section is the most famous and best-preserved wall. Its highest point at Badaling is some 800 meters above sea level. Cable car is a good choice if one wants to get to the highest point and take the whole beautiful bird view( optional )
15:30-17: 30: On the way to your hotels, we also arrange a short free visit of “the Birds Nest” ---the new Olympic Stadium now being built for the 2008 Olympic Games. And travelers will have a chance to enjoy the Chinese traditional Silk arts.
18:00: After the tour, transferred back to your hotels
Day 02
7:20-8:30: Pick up travelers at your hotel between 7:20am and 8:30am, and then driving to the Forbidden City, the largest and best-preserved ancient imperial palaces group with 500 years history in the world.
9:00-11:00: Visit the Forbidden City along the central axis from south to north for 2 hours
11:00-12:30: On the way to Temple of Heaven, travelers will be lucky to visit the Chinese traditional medicine culture. After having a short rest, we’ll visit the Temple of Heaven —— the largest ancient imperial worship architecture group in the world where the ancient Emperors prayed for peace and harvest . Visit it for 1hour.
12:40-13:40: Have Western and Chinese buffet( 40minutes) in Bangfuchun Restaurant and have a short visit in a pearl factory.
14:00-16:00: Driving (30minutes) to Summer Palace, the largest and most beautiful Chinese imperial garden. It is acclaimed as a museum of gardens in China, for a visit to this garden bestow on sightseers a glimpse of representative scenes all over China.
16:10: Driving the travelers back to their hotels
