Plot 剧情简介
A lonely, elderly woman leads a peaceful life in an empty, shabby siheyuan一One night during a blinding snowstorm, a young girl asks the woman for shelter. With the girl's arrival, the elderly woman's life changes dramatically. At first, they reject each other. The elderly woman thinks the girl is rude and careless, as the youth constantly breaks the rules; the girl, meanwhile, thinks the woman is an old fogey, who creates various obstacles. As time passes, they gradually become friends, and learn to depend on each other for survival.
The time comes when the girl must leave the siheyuan to resume her life. She leaves the elderly woman, taking all the "fresh air" and‘’hope" with her. The woman falls ill and dies. In fact, what enthralled the elderly woman was that the girl had awakened her longing for
tender affection.
