Q.21. Does the reservation always remain valid?
The validity period of the reservation is 24 hours. The reservation will be canceled if payment has not been made within 24 hours. Candidates may remake the reservation and pay the test fee.

Q.22. As to one single test, can I make the reservation in more than one test centers?
As to one single test, duplicated reservation is not allowed.

Q.23. Can I change the test center after the reservation?
Sorry, you cannot. If you need to change the test center, you are supposed to cancel the current reservation, and reserve in another test center.

Q.24. How can I pay the test fee?
Click the“交费” (Pay the test fee) button and you will be directed to the payment page (See Picture IX). Click “网上交费”(Online payment) button and you will arrive at the page which you can select the targeted bank.  Click the bank and the amount of money you are to be paid will be shown on this page. Then  input the bank account number and the pin number.  If you are not familiar with the online payment procedure, please click “帮助”(Help) button.

Q.25. How do I know the payment has been made?
   Normally, the HSK registration system will instantly provide your payment confirmation page after the payment has been made.
   If “交费成功”(You have successfully made the payment.) is shown, the test you have reserved has been automatically transferred to “已经交费的考试”(The test that has been paid for).
To ensure the safety of paying online, you are advised to check your balance of your bank account before the payment and recheck it after the payment as well.

Q.26. What are other feedbacks that I am likely to receive after the payment?
After the payment, candidates might receive other three directions as follows:
1) “交费成功,但因网络延时,预订还没有转变为已经交费状态。请先退出系统,稍后再查询自己预订和交费的状况,您的交费情况在得到对帐后会自动更新。”(You have successfully made the payment. Because of the delay of the network connection, your reservation status has not been updated. Please log off the system and check your reservation and payment status later. The relevant information will be updated with the account being checked.)
2) “未收到银行通知。是否成功交费,请检查您的银行卡余额。如果成功交费,银行卡余额会有相应数量的减少。系统自动对帐后,您的报名交费状态会自动更新。”(The registration system does not receive the payment confirmation from your bank. Please check your account to see if relevant sum of money has been deducted. The reduction of the balance on your bank account indicates the completion of the payment. Your payment status will be updated in accordance with the regular account checking.)
3) “交费失败,请确认你的账号、密码和余额。”(Payment failed. Please verify your account number, password and balance.)
  To ensure the safety of your paying online, you are advised to check your balance of your bank account before the payment and recheck it after the payment as well.

Q.27. Are there any information that I am supposed to take a note during the payment?
   Yes. We recommend the candidates take a note of the transaction number to make further enquires or claim the admission ticket in the future.

Q.28. Is the payment refundable?
   The payment is non-refundable. Please think carefully before you make the payment.

Q.29. Can I change the test center after the payment?
  Sorry, you cannot. You may change the test center before the payment. Please refer to Q.23.

Q.30. Must I go to the test center to claim the admission ticket after the online payment?
   Yes. You should bring the transaction number and passport/ Resident’s ID card to claim the admission ticket.

Q.31. When shall I claim the admission ticket?
Normally the second week after the online registration cut-off date. Relevant notification will be put on the website.

Q.32. What should I do if I find the personal information on the admission ticket is incorrect?
    You are advised to check your personal information carefully on claiming the admission ticket. You may change the incorrect information in the test center.        (The End)
