Representative foods include bean curd; pumpkins; oranges, harvested in summer; lemons; corn; bananas; and quails' eggs.
Soybeans: They help one regain the strength and functions of the stomach, and they help adjust the secretion of women's hormones. They can also ease menstrual pains, and prevent the hormone-related cancers.
Pumpkins: They help improve one's energy and metabolism, and recuperate one's strength
Lemons: They help eliminate one's weariness, enhance blood circulation, strengthen one's immune system, and slow skaging.
Persimmons: They invigorate the functions of the spleen and stomach, moisten  the lungs  and enhance the‘secretion of saliva
They can also help prevent goiters, and slow skin aging.
