Hot Tea-A Cool Idea in Summer
Input Date:06/20/2007 Read: [Print] [Close]

Drinks are popular during the summer. The best choice is hot tea, rather than colddrinks, beer or coffee. The common daily
drink, which contains rich kalium (the soft, silver-white metallic chemical element that oxidizes rapidly when exposed to air), may quench your thirst and help you relieve fatigue. As experimental results of British scientists indicate, hot tea has a much stronger effect on lowering the body's temperature than cold drinks.
