
Ingredients:
300 grams beef
250 grams onion
1 egg white
10 grams cornstarch
5 grams soy sauce
3 grams salt
15 grams cooking wine
10 grams sugar
0.5 grams pepper
50 grams vegetable oil
Rinse the beef well, and cut into shreds. Marinate for 10 minutes in the soy sauce and salt. Chop the onion ready for use.
Mix the marinated beef with the egg white, cornstarch, cooking wine, sugar, pepper and vegetable oil, and fry in oil over a low flame until done.
Heat oil in a wok and stir-fry the onion until opaque. Add beef and stir-fry for a while, then add soy sauce, cooking wine, sugar, and thicken the mixture with cornstarch. Add pepper, stir-fry for a while. Remove and serve.
