
Ingredients:
100g of fresh pork liver; 50g of mung beans; and 100g of rice
Directions:
Wash the mung beans, and let soak for about an hour. Wash the rice and place in a pot with the mung beans. Add water and boil. Continue to cook over a low heat for 30 minutes, until the beans are thoroughly cooked. Shred the pork liver and add to the gruel when it is 80 percent done. Stew the liver until thoroughly cooked. This gruel may be served during breakfast or as refreshment. It will nourish your liver and blood, brighten your eyes, and strengthen your energy.
