
Ingredients:
250g of glutinous rice; 100g of mung beans; 250g of strawberries; and sugar
Directions:
Wash the mung beans and soak them in water for four hours.
Wash the strawberries. Wash the glutinous rice, and place in a pot with the mung beans. Add water and boil. Continue to cook over a low heat. When the rice and beans are thoroughly cooked, add the strawberries and sugar and mix well. Let the ingredients cook for a while longer.
