Gruel of Kelp and Mung Beans

Ingredients:
  A cup of rice, one-third cup each of mung beans and shredded kelp and 10 cups of water
Additional ingredients:
  Salt, fish meal, ground pepper and minced celery
Directions:
  Wash the rice, let it drip dry and wash the mung beans and soak them in water for two hours.
  Put the water in a pot and stew. When the water boils, add the rice, mung beans and the shredded kelp and mix the ingredients. After the gruel boils, cook it over a low heat for 40 minutes and add the salt, fish meal, ground pepper and minced celery. Then serve.
