
Ingredients:
2509 of rice; 1509 of mung beans; and 2009 of sugar
Directions:
Wash the rice and mung beans, and remove the impurities.
Place the mung beans in a pot and add 2 liters of water. Cook it over a low heat for 40 minutes, after the water boils. When the mung beans are thoroughly cooked, add the rice and stew for another 30 minutes, until the gruel turns thick. Add some sugar and serve.
