
Ingredients:
Flve hundred grams of watermelon, 500g sago, 10g air-dried orange, and 50g rock sugar.
Directions:
1 .Cut the watermelon into small pieces, and remove the seeds;
2. Place the sago into water until it swells;
3. Cut the air-dried orange into long thin pieces;
4. Place the prepared sago into a pot of boiling water;
5. When the sago is done, add the watermelon, rock sugar and air-dried orange; and
6. Add some ice cream and place in the fridge.
