1,000 grams of glutinous rice, 500 grams of fried black-sweetened bean paste, 40 reed leaves, and a bundle of cotton threads.
Directions
1. Wash the glutinous rice, soak it in salty water for four hours and drip-dry; Z. Divide the black-sweetened bean paste into 20 equal portions, roll it into long, thick pieces;
3. Overlap two reed leaves, fold into a rectangular shape at the one-third point, add the glutinous rice and some black-sweetened
bean paste and cover with more glutinous rice. Tie it with the cotton threads, and stew in the boiling water for three hours
