
This snack is made from hawthorn, and so contains lots of vitamin C, sugar and protein. It can reduce your blood pressure and cholesterol and stimulate your gastnc juices.
Method: Prepare 50o grams of white f lour and:,grams of mashed hawthorn paste. Put so grams of water into the flour and leave to stand for zo minutes. Divide the dough into small pieces. Make ten long cuts on each piece of dough and fill the cuts with hawthorn paste. Finally mold the pieces into the shape of a Buddha's hand. Steam the 'hands' for a minutes and eat.
