
Ingredients:
10g of sliced almonds; and 50g of polished round-grained rice.
Additional Ingredients:
20g of mung beans; 3 teaspoonfuls of sugar; and 6 cups of water.
Directions:
Wash the mung beans and rice and then add water. Stew until the water boils, and continue to cook over a low heat until the
beans and rice are thoroughly cooked. Add the almonds and sugar and mix well. Cool and serve.
