The value of the bets should be decided at the beginning of the game; for example, one chip, five chips or 10 chips per game. All players ante up one chip-or whatever betting value is being used-to the winning player. If the winner picks up his/her final tile, rather than picking up another player's discarded tile, the prize is doubled.
