They like to use such crisp and refreshing water plants as water-chestnut, arrowhead, lotus root, and Gorgon fruit to cook dishes and make snacks, such as stir-fried water-chestnut with sliced pork, arrowhead with pork in soy-sauce, lotus root with glutinous rice in the holes, steamed pork in lotus leaves, and sweet Gorgon fruit soup.
