JERUSALEM, April 1 (Xinhua) -- Israel has a dream to win medals, the more shining the better, at the 2008 Olympic Games in Beijing later this year, a senior official of Israeli Olympic Committee told Xinhua on Tuesday.
Israeli athletes are fully concentrated on preparing themselves for the Beijing Olympic Games with a dream of winning two medals on the strength of its competitive gymnastics and judo, Efraim Zinger, the Secretary General of the Olympic Committee of Israel, said on a phone interview.
The Israeli athletes are looking forward to the Games and making all efforts to prepare themselves to make the dream come true.
"As for the color of the medals, we hope for the more shining the better," Zinger said of the gold and silver medals.
