PYONGYANG, Sept. 3 (Xinhua) -- China claimed the women's singles and women's doubles at the 21st Pyongyang table tennis international invitation tournament here on Monday.
China beat the the Democratic People's Republic of Korea (DPRK) 4-1 to win the women's doubles event as Yang Yang took the women's singles crown.
DPRK won the men's doubles while India claimed the men's singles title.
There are seven teams from China, Singapore, India, Mongolia and host DPRK taking part in the five-day tournament starting from Thursday.
