On November 24th. 2006, the delegation of China's Fuwa's global tour arrived in Helsinki, Finland. They came to visit the place where the People's Republic of China's first participated in for the Olympics.

He Zhenliang, China's Olympic Committee honorary president, said, "I can't recognize the city here. At that time, we lived in the Olympic village and had little time to go downtown. These buildings are all newly built."
