(BEIJING, March 15) -- On March 15, this year's first-round national Bicycle Motocross (BMX) competition was held in Guangzhou to check up previous trainings and select talents for the forthcoming Beijing 2008 Olympic Games.
BMX became an Olympic discipline as a component of Cycling at the decision of the Executive Board of the International Olympic Committee (IOC) on June 29, 2003.
