Relaxing Form of Exercise

Most of the elderly women chose dancing as their form of exercise because dancing was incredibly convenient. Why?
Firstly, the women didn't have to carry a change of clothes; secondly, they did not need to travel to a gym; and thirdly, anyone could join the group at any time. Also, the dance steps were easy to remember, which meant it took them a minimal amount of time to learn the routines. In turn, that meant there was virtually no chance of forgetting the steps to the dances, or of being neglected by the others. In addition, the participants did not care if they danced well, because they were not being judged.
